Abby Watel

Abby Watel, L.C.S.W., A.C.S.W., received her M.S.W. from Smith College in 1980. Ms. Watel has over 30 years experience as an individual, marital and family therapist. She has worked in a variety of hospital, community mental health and child welfare settings as a clinician, a supervisor, and a Program Director. She has worked in private practice settings for over 20 years. Abby utilizes cognitive behavioral, insight oriented and family treatment approaches to treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, OCD, adjustment disorders and grief.
