Highlights:
- 12 week group
- Book "Will I Ever Be Good Enough" will be used as a guide
- Understand the impact of growing up with a mentally ill mother (narcissistic, borderline...)
- Develop skills to overcome life long negative and potentially self defeating patterns.

Group Fee:
$60/session. Half of full fee due prior to first session. Balance due prior to 4th session. Insurance can be utilized if pre-authorized for group coverage.
